Humming birds

INFORMATION Hummingbirds are the most smallest types of birds.  They are called hummingbirds because of the sound made by the wings, it sounds like some one is humming!  They eat nectar from flowers and eat tiny insects. So its an omnivore.  The hummingbirds live for about 3-5 years. They spend about all their time in the air Their legs are so small and weak. It eats about eight times an hour! FUN FACTS Hummingbirds will die if it doesn't eat for more than five hours. Hummingbirds are the only birds that fly backwards!!! Hummingbirds are the size of an ostrich's eye. A hummingbird's egg is about the size of a jellybean. Hummingbirds almost never stop moving. even when they are asleep!😴 Hummingbirds can't walk at all.🦵 Hummingbirds are the only species of birds that can hover. INFORMATION  Frogs are amphibians who live in the water when they are young and once they grow up they grow lungs and start living in the land.  A frog has a smooth, slimy skin and two long back legs, they use their long back legs to jump here and there.  A frog lives in a muddy or wet area.  Frogs are carnivorous animals, Who catch and eat insects.  A frog has four steps in its life cycle,  In spring the female frog lays thousands of eggs in the water,  After some time the eggs hatch into tiny tadpoles with wriggly tails,  And then they grow fatter and fatter and grow legs then turn into froglets,  And finally the grow larger in size and lose their tails and turn in to adult frogs.

INFORMATION Lions are mammals that live in the grasslands. They live in a group called pride.  They go to sleep with their pride in a small or large cave. A lion's cave is called a den. They are carnivorous and are fierce hunters. It has a bushy hair called mane, its body is covered with fur as well and anyway all mammals have either hair or fur.  A lion's body is golden brown colour which helps them hide and hunt in the grasslands this is called camouflage. A female lion is called a lioness,  a baby lion is called a cub and they too have fur.  A lioness cares for her cubs and teaches them how to hunt. FUN FACTS A lion doesn't know how to hunt, The lioness's are the ones doing hunting!!! A lion has the smallest heart in the entire world!!! Lions are just larger cats!!!,They are not different species.

INFORMATION Tigers have orange  and white fur with black stripes and a plain white belly. Most of them have white patches and black stripes on their face.  Tigers are mammals that live in the rain forests, savannas, grasslands and mangrove swamps.  Each tiger has 30 large teeth, they have 4 canine teeth which they use to grip its prey. Tigers  are ambush  hunters  preferring to sneak up on their prey before taking any action, killing them with a bite. They mainly  hunt  deer, wild boars, buffalos and antelopes. But they'll kill and eat what's available, from small birds to bears to the occasional elephant.
